Rounds, not calendar months
Visits are generated from the program sequence and week intervals — Round 3 lands where agronomy says it should, with a ±7 day working window.
Generic field-service tools were built for one-off jobs. Spreadwell is built for lawn programs — sequenced rounds, per-round materials, pesticide records, routed days and after-visit upsells that customers approve with one tap.
Built inside a working North Carolina fertilization operation — now opening to founding operators.

Features
One tool from the first quote to the last round of the season — no bolt-on spreadsheets for rates, margins or state paperwork.
Visits are generated from the program sequence and week intervals — Round 3 lands where agronomy says it should, with a ±7 day working window.
42k ZIP centroids, nearest-neighbor + 2-opt sequencing, drive-mile estimates, and auto-rebalancing when a day goes over stop or square-footage capacity.
Multiple materials and rates per round, cost per 1,000 sq ft, spreader calibration tables, annual material cost and gross margin per plan.
Auto-drafted notes on what was applied and what's next, with a recommended treatment the customer approves in one click — the job schedules itself.
Daily application records with EPA numbers, licenses and insurance on file, printable truck packets, spill plans, and a monthly review of the rules in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Virginia.
Stock on hand tracked by lot and expiration, demand pulled from the plans you already sold, and a purchase order built from the shortfall — grouped by vendor.
Monthly invoicing runs on the 1st, customers pay by link, and the owner dashboard forecasts revenue and material cost in a copy-paste-to-Excel grid.
Materials
Your programs already say what goes down, on which lawns, in which weeks. Spreadwell turns that into a shopping list, nets it against what's sitting on the shelf, and writes the purchase order.
Every scheduled round in the next 30, 60 or 90 days, at its rate per 1,000 sq ft times that lawn's square footage. No guessing off last year's invoices.
Receive stock by lot number and expiration date. Product that expires before you can put it down doesn't count toward coverage, and it's flagged before it's a write-off.
Shortfalls become draft purchase orders grouped by vendor, rounded to whole bags and jugs. Receive the delivery and it lands back in inventory as a new lot.
How it works
Set rounds, week intervals, materials and rates once. Spreadwell prices every plan by square footage and shows your margin before you sell it.
Send a quote, the customer approves, and the full season of rounds drops onto routed days inside your daily stop and turf capacity.
Complete the job on your phone: the application record, the customer email and the upsell recommendation are drafted for you.
Why this exists
Spreadwell wasn't built in a tech incubator. It was built inside a real fertilization and weed-control operation — trucks, rounds, spreader calibrations, state paperwork and all. Before we asked anyone else to run their season on it, we ran ours. Every feature on this page exists because our own crews needed it: the rounds that land where agronomy says they should, the margin-per-plan view that caught programs losing money at current material cost, the compliance packet that prints before the truck leaves.
We're now opening Spreadwell to a small founding group of operators for the coming season. Founding operators get direct access to the team, a locked founding rate, and a real say in what gets built next — because the roadmap should belong to the people spreading the product.

Jobber, RealGreen and Aspire are all capable platforms. The honest question is who each one is built for. Spreadwell exists for the fert & squirt operator running 2–6 trucks — big enough to need real program software, not big enough to need an enterprise implementation.

Pricing
Founding operator rate — locked for as long as you stay.
$49/ month+ 1% of sales
Every feature, every user in your company, coverage across NC, SC, TN, GA and VA. We only grow when you do — competitors charge $200–$400 a month for tiers that still don't track your materials or your license renewals.
Automatic renewal & cancellation terms (California Automatic Renewal Law, Bus. & Prof. Code §17600 et seq.)
By starting a trial and adding a payment method you authorize a recurring subscription that renews automatically. The subscription is $49.00 per month plus 1% of sales processed through Spreadwell, billed monthly on the same calendar day, and it continues until you cancel. Your card is not charged during the trial. The first charge occurs 30 days after your trial start date, and we send an email reminder with the renewal date and amount at least 3 days before that charge and before any subsequent price change.
You may cancel at any time, for any reason, without penalty or a phone call: use the Cancel subscription button in Settings → Billing inside your account, click the cancel link in any billing email, or email support@turftrack.co. Cancel before the end of the trial and you will never be charged. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. California subscribers who accepted a free trial offer may cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing.
Compliance rule sets for North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Virginia.
